Take prior appointment to avoid disappointment

For patients undergoing a surgery

  • Book a date of your surgery
  • Register at the reception with your date of admission, surgery details and room type desired. (Room preference is not guaranteed and will be provided on the basis of availability on the day of admission.)
  • Double check your name and address on the registration form, as these will be used for billing purpose.
  • Make a deposit at the cashier via bank transfer, demand draft, credit card, debit card or cash. We accept payments in INR only.
  • International patients are required to deposit their passport and visa copy.

On the day of the surgery

  • Please carry your photo ID which is required at the time of admission. This includes one of the following:
    • Passport
    • Aadhar Card
    • PAN card
    • Driving license
    • Any other government approved identity.
  • Make sure you do not eat or drink 6 hours prior to your surgery.
  • Carry all your reports, prescriptions & insurance documents with you.
  • Please do not carry your valuables or jewelry to the hospital. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of your valuables during your stay.
  • One attendant can stay with the patient and we request to keep the visitors to minimum and only during visiting hours. Children are not allowed.

Patients from outside Kota

  • Chanddni Hospital treats several patients from all over India as well as outside India.
  • We are located.
  • We have various guest houses and hotels in close vicinity to our hospital for the patient and their attendants. For more details, contact the reception.
  • All international patients are advised to travel on a valid medical visa only.
  • An invitation letter for medical visa can be provided for the patient and one attendant on request.
